MCA Suite’s Deal Syndication feature went live today. Funders and brokers can now track Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals involving multiple funders/investors. MCA Suite’s Deal Syndication feature allocates daily remittance from the merchant to investors based on share ownership, tracks deal-related management fees and commissions, and maintains a capital account for investors of each deal.
With Deal Syndication, funders can expand participants of MCA deals and track management fees and disbursements to investors. Deal Syndication allows brokers to become managers of MCA deals. Brokers can attract investors to MCA deals and charge a commission and management fee to oversee daily remittance.
We are excited to release the Deal Syndication feature to our current clients and hope to attract our prospects to come on-board shortly. Check out our previous post for more details on “What is MCA Deal Syndication and How it works.” As always, we look forward to your feedback and suggestions.
