1. Are you (Five Components, Inc.) a funder or broker?
Neither. Five Components is a technology company specializing in delivery solutions to the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry. We do not broker MCA deals or fund merchants. Our team has a deep understanding of the MCA business, probably more than anyone in the technology industry. Our goal is to be the CRM platform of choice for funders and brokers in the MCA industry.
2. Who uses MCA Suite?
We believe in absolute discretion. We do not share our list of clients with our prospects without obtaining permission from our current clients. MCA Suite has customers from all over the US ranging from brokers to funding companies with millions of dollars under management.
3. How do you secure our deal information?
MCA Suite was designed and built to isolate all its clients’ information from other clients. As an MCA Suite client, you will be given a unique URL (i.e., xzy.mcasuite.com). MCA Suite performs client validation at the URL (subdomain) level and deal level. This means users from abc.mcasuite.com will not be able to access information at xyz.mcasuite.com.
4. How do you backup our data?
MCA Suite performs nightly backups of its application and database. The backups are retained for three months. We are responsible for backing up data and restoring the system in the event of system level failure.
5. Where is MCA Suite hosted?
MCA Suite is hosted on Amazon’s infrastructure. Similar to many leading web-based applications in the marketplace, MCA Suite relies on Amazon’s hosting infrastructure to offer competitive pricing and scalable solution to its clients.
6. How much is MCA Suite?
We prefer to speak with our prospective clients about our value and make sure that our solution meets their business needs. We have been servicing the MCA industry since 2009 and know there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We have clients managing many MCA deals in the millions dollar range and clients with over 50 users brokering deals for merchants. We would like to work with our prospective clients to develop a pricing plan to support their business.
