MCA Suite is pleased to release a new feature that allows funders and brokers to quickly send an email with an application to merchants interested in cash advance. We have implemented a new “send email” button on all the contact’s personal page to allow MCA Suite users to quickly create an email and check off attachments that can be emailed to the specific contact. MCA Suite users can capture the merchant’s first name, last name and name of the business in MCA Suite and quickly send the merchant a Merchant Cash Advance application.
Users can setup templates which can be used as boilerplate emails to provide a consistent message to potential merchants interested in merchant cash advance. Users can also upload different attachments that can be sent with each email. All email correspondences are logged in the newly created correspondence tab on the contact page.
