MCA Suite improves management of merchant cash advance deal syndication plus other enhancements

MCA Suite is pleased to release the following new features for merchant cash advance Funders and Brokers:

Merchant cash advance Funders and Brokers using MCA Suite’s syndication feature can now define when to begin collecting management fees from their investors.

There are two options:

Concurrent: The original implementation where a percentage of the fee is collected with each transaction.

Backend: An optional implementation where no fee is collected until the investor’s principal is paid back.

For more information on the difference between the two, please view our support article on  the difference between concurrent and backend collection types on syndicated deals.

Our team has also updated our integration architecture with ACHWorks by converting all our code base to work with ACHWorks’ updated security standard.

We have also implemented new Stages for our Broker clients, to manage their Deal Submissions: “Submission,” “Has Offer,” and “Contract Out” Stages were added. Here is a link to our blog post on this enhancement for more information.

Other minor enhancements made in the month of March includes: additional options for default deal names, autocomplete for outbound emails, additions to our merge code library for document merge, etc.

The MCA Suite team is working hard to compete our 2016-Q1 roadmap. We have completed two of the three major features and will look to complete our communications feature in the upcoming months. Please stay tuned for more updates.
