MCA Suite Releases Email Correspondence Feature

MCA Suite, the leading merchant cash advance contact management platform, is pleased to announce a number of new enhancements to our platform this month. One of the major enhancements we released is the ability to send out emails with attachments to third parties. This feature enables brokers and funders to easily redistribute deal information and files to their business partners.

Using MCA Suite as a document repository during the underwriting process, brokers and funders now can go to the “Correspondence” tab and send emails with attachments without the need to download all the documents onto their computers first, and then send the information via their email client (i.e., Outlook) to multiple recipients. Now documents can be uploaded and sent right though MCA Suite. Administrators can set the default “from” email address for their MCA Suite domain. Using the Administration panel, click on “Account Configuration” to set or change this default email address.

Other new features released this month include:

1.  Ability to upload contacts via a spreadsheet. If you have existing contacts in another contact management system, you can download it into MCA Suite’s format and upload the data into our system to minimize re-keying of information.

2.  Ability to download contacts via a spreadsheet. Brokers and funders can easily extract contact information from MCA Suite to run email promotions and campaigns.
