MCA Suite Releases Task and User Management Enhancements

We are pleased to announce two new features to MCA Suite that will help improve our clients’ Merchant Cash Advance operations. Administrators can now view all users’ tasks from the home screen by entering an individual’s user name into an “Assigned To” field. This important enhancement allows administrators an immediate view into its teams’ tasks and the ability to monitor the workflow on a task or account. Administrators can also reassign tasks from one user to another.

The second enhancement enables administrators to monitor agent usage of the app, and provides the ability to easily disables users. Once a user is disabled, the administrator can view all tasks, deals and contacts once assigned to the that user. This view affords administrators the ability to reassign tasks, or unlock certain contacts and deals once
solely assigned to the deleted user. This way there is no interruption to the client’s workflow, and no important tasks are allowed to fall through the cracks.
