MCA Suite Enhancements to Manage Merchant Cash Advance Broker Operation

The summer months have been very busy for our team. We have worked diligently with our merchant cash advance brokers/ISOs to improve MCA Suite for brokers. Below is a list of enhancements we have implemented to help MCA ISOs and brokers streamline their operations. Some of these management features benefit our direct funder clients as well.

1.  MCA Suite now has an administrative feature to allow administrators to change permission and assignments at the Contact and Deal level. This tool enables our high volume ISO clients to quickly move leads and deals from one user to another user, or from team to team. The change permission and assignment feature also makes it easier for brokers and funders to reassign deals when an employee leaves the company.

2.  We have improved the Submissions page, which our merchant cash advance brokers use to submit deals to outside funders. The improved layout of the Submissions page better organizes the information to allow agents to quickly add a note to update each submission made to a particular funder.

Once an offer to a deal submitted to multiple funders has been accepted, brokers can perform a one-time Submission Status update for the rest of the submission entries (the ones not selected for funding). This means agents will not need to go to 10 different submissions and mark each as a “withdrawn” or “declined.” In addition to the Submission Status update, brokers can also enter a note to be associated with the status of those other submissions.

3.  We have added a new button on the Leads tab to allow merchant cash advance agents to quickly decline a merchant directly from the Leads page. This eliminates the need for the agent to go into the Contacts page and decline the merchant. However, we highly recommend agents enter a brief note stating the reason for the decline.
