MCA Suite, the leader in providing solutions to the merchant cash advance industry, is pleased to announce its integration with ACHWorks, a leading ACH (automated clearing house) processor in the US. MCA Suite users can schedule recurring and single payments to ACHWorks that will display on the ACHWorks Virtual Terminal. This reduces the need for merchant cash advance funders to use two separate systems to perform their daily tasks – MCA Suite to manage merchant cash advance deals and ACHWorks to manage collections against the cash advance.
With the ACHWorks integration completed, MCA Suite users can now perform the following tasks from MCA Suite:
* Create credit or debit transactions in ACHWorks from MCA Suite
* Ability to create recurring and one time payments in MCA Suite to ACH Works
* Tie a Deal from MCA Suite to an ACHWorks debit or credit
* Monitor daily transactions and status updates on ACHWorks from MCA Suite
* Automatically apply all settled ACHWorks transactions to associated MCA Suite deals
We are happy to provide this seamless integration with ACHWorks as this process streamlines our current MCA Suite clients’ operations. Clients using MCA Suite to track deals and ACHWorks to collect daily remittance will no longer need to login to two different systems to perform their jobs. In addition, all daily remittances are automatically calculated and tracked by MCA Suite. Users of MCA Suite can access up-to-date merchant payment status with a click of a button. Furthermore, MCA Suite can produce reports to help track collection metrics.
MCA Suite will enhance its integration with ACHWorks and provide additional features like error alerting and transaction searching in future releases.
Integration with ACHWorks is MCA Suite’s second payment processing integration effort. MCA Suite is also integrated with USAePAY, another leading payment gateway in the US. Please see our previous post for more information.
