As a part of MCA Suite’s 2014 Product Roadmap, we are excited to announce the launch of our first major product redesign effort to improve merchant cash advance funders’ and brokers/ISOs’ business operations. For the past three months, we have analyzed analytics and feedback from our clients to improved MCA Suite. Aside from the cleaner new look and feel with optimized code, below are the major features we have released as a part of this effort:
1. Management Dashboard – We have added a new dashboard tab on the homepage to allow funders and brokers to view a snapshot of their operations. We will be adding more dashboards reporting on key metrics to this page and allow users to select what they want to see in future releases.
2. Global Search – We have added a global search toolbar on our main navigation to allow users to perform plain text search. Search looks up contacts, deals and merchant related information. Results are grouped in those respective categories as well.
3. Quick Add Menu “Sticky Buttons” – Users can perform frequently used functions such as adding task or notes with status and creating a contact, deal or merchant cash advance application on most of the pages throughout MCA Suite. The sticky buttons will eliminate the need for users to leave a page they are on to perform a quick task such as adding a status note when viewing daily remittance transactions.
There are many more minor features on the newly redesigned MCA Suite platform. We look forward to your feedback and suggestions, and will be incorporating the suggestions in future releases.
