The MCA Suite team has made a couple of enhancements to our USAePAY payment integration to help funders improve tracking of merchant cash advance (MCA) deals.
1. MCA Suite customers using USAePAY payment integration gateway to debit merchants on a daily, weekly and weekdays-only basis, can now initiate one-time credit transactions to merchants. This feature allows funders to refund merchants for errors and over-collections.
2. Our team has also added a transaction summary table on the “Customer” page of the USAePAY payment integration gateway to inform funders of the number of transactions on USAePAY by status. Previously, users would have to sort through lists of customer transactions to see how many transactions had run or been updated to a particular status. With this newest change, users have more immediate access to a more concise summary of transaction totals to help reconcile between USAePay and banking reports.
These are two of the newest features we have implemented to improve the MCA Suite platform. Additional USAePAY enhancements are scheduled to be released later this year. Please read our blog to keep updated with the latest changes and enhancements to MCA Suite.
