Our team has made a number of minor enhancements to MCA Suite from the holidays to now, and we would like to share these new features with you:
1. For Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Funders using ACHWorks and USAePAY to collect from merchants on open cash advances, we have added a new widget on the dashboard to show daily activities of transactions by week. Funders can see all transactions initiated and settled every day from week to week, and compare them against their bank account statements.
2. We have added a new Deal Notes tab which allows MCA Suite users to view a consolidated list of all the notes within all the deals for a single merchant. This improved feature allows users to see all the activities that have taken place for every deal involved with the selected merchant.
3. We have created a user log to capture user logins, allowing operations managers the ability to track which users have logged in and when they’ve logged onto MCA Suite. This is an enhanced security feature requested by many of our current clients.
4. We have added extra server-side encryption of attachments and file uploads, where the files are stored in Amazon S3.
5. We’ve also made minor user interface improvements in the Administration section of the application, where application administrators can quickly make changes to their MCA Suite instance.
