MCA Suite improves leads management for merchant cash advance brokers and ISO’s

MCA Suite is pleased to announce a number of new features to improve Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Broker (or ISO) leads management operations.

1.  Administrators can now enable a new Leads tab on MCA Suite via the Administration page. The Leads tab is a list of contacts with a “Lead” or “Assigned” status (refer to previous post regarding contact statuses). This new view allows sales agents to look at a list of contacts they need to call, sort the contact list by status and referral sources, and view notes left by themselves or other agents.

Directly from the Leads tab, agents can quickly add an application, change status, create a note with timestamp, and create/assign follow-up tasks.

2.  Agents can use MCA Suite to send out a pre-filled merchant cash advance application with an email message to their leads (merchants) with a click of a button.

After capturing all the information from the merchant during the phone conversation, agents can click on a button to send an application that’s been prefilled with the information provided by the merchant. This will reduce the need for the merchant to re-enter the information already provided to the agent.

To use this feature, there must be at least one PDF template uploaded to MCA Suite for document merge purposes. We have created a video and related documentation to aid you with the setup.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need a demonstration of these new capabilities and how we can help you improve your sales operation.

Our team will continue to make improvements to the MCA Suite for Brokers offering. Please contact us with suggestions and how we can improve our product for you.
