After several months of beta testing the Submissions Summary page with Merchant Cash Advance Brokers/ISO’s, MCA Suite is pleased to release this feature to all of its customers. The Submissions Summary saves agents’ time by helping to track and organize submissions and allows managers to view the status of their operations on a single page.
The Submissions Summary page allows Merchant Cash Advance Brokers to view all Submissions made to Merchant Cash Advance Funders/Lenders and perform the following actions:
- Submit the Merchant file (add a submission) to additional Funders/Lenders
- Update Submission Statuses
- Add a Note to each Submission and send the Note to another system user
